SLPOA Clubhouse Rental and Usage Procedures

CH Rental Agreement

 

Reservations

To reserve the Clubhouse,  leave a message on the SLPOA Administrator phone number (973-945-3331) or email slpoaadmin@shongumlake.org regarding the date and time of your desired reservation. Download and complete the agreement form above.

The Administrator Coordinator will call you back to confirm the date based on availability. The specific requirements and responsibilities contained within the Rental Agreement that must be signed prior to the rental are as follows:

 

Requirements

  • - Renter must be an active SLPOA Member.

  • - Clubhouse rentals must be made through the SLPOA Administrative Coordinator.

  • - $250.00 Security Deposit prior to rental.

  • - Clubhouse cannot be used for commercial use. (Pursuant with township zoning laws).

  • - Capacity cannot exceed 85 participants.

  • - Decorations are not to be tacked to walls, ceiling or ceiling panels. (Use wood trim).

  • - Confetti or any similar type celebratory material should not be used.

Responsibilities

  • - Provide responsible supervision for all minors who are at the Clubhouse during the rental period. No one under the age of 21 should be served alcoholic beverages.

  • - Restore Clubhouse to the same condition prior to rental.

  • - Clean all areas that were utilized immediately after use.

  • - Return tables to the basement.

  • - Return chairs to their proper storage place.

  • - Remove all decorations.

  • - Discard all trash to the dumpster outside. If dumpster is full, trash should be taken home for disposal.

  • - Take all recyclable containers home for proper disposal.

  • - Remove all food from premises including food stored in refrigerator.
