Shongum Lake Property Owners Association (SLPOA) is a private homeowners association in Randolph, NJ made up of more than 700 properties with deeded rights to use Shongum Lake. SLPOA membership includes beach access; boating priveleges; free swim lessons; a clubhouse; and a full calendar of social events (please visit our events page for more details). The 3 largest social events of the summer are The Memorial Day Picnic and Fun Run; The 4th of July Picnic and Bike Parade; and The Labor Day Picnic, Bonfire, and Triathalon.

SLPOA is run by a volunteer Executive Council, who are elected by SLPOA members and serve two year terms. The Council oversees the finances; environment; beach and property management; events; security; membership and overall well being of the lake, the community, and its residents.
