Shongum Lake Property Owners Association (SLPOA) is a private homeowners association in
Randolph, New Jersey. SLPOA is made up of more than 800 properties with rights to use Shongum Lake.
SLPOA membership includes beach access, boating privileges, free swim lessons, a clubhouse, and a full calendar of social events.If you are considering buying a home that is part of Shongum Lake, please call us to verify that the home is in fact part of the association and the account is current.
If the home is not part of the association and you would like to buy in to it, the association does
allow lake rights purchase within a designated area.
Please contact the management company for a statement of account on the property
you are buying, and provide your New Member information by filling out this form.
Please contact us at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled closing date to allow us
enough time to generate the necessary paperwork.

• No use of beach and clubhouse facilities • Cannot participate in any events, clubs and committees • Cannot take swimming lessons • Cannot partake in swim team • No voting rights
